UNCLE D'S NEW YORK
PIZZA is a high-end New York-style pizzeria (whole and
by-the slice) and
Italian restaurant. By combining family recipes
perfected through generations with ingredients
of unrivaled quality, UNCLE D'S offers a wide array of
New York-style pizzas and authentic
Italian cuisine for carry-out, delivery and sit-down
dining. UNCLE D'S mix of award winning, high
quality products, along with its accommodating hours of
operation and carefully selected
locale offer a unique restaurant franchise opportunity.
The original
concept giving rise to these franchise opportunities
began in the mid 1990's with the original
New York Pizza Depot in Ann Arbor, Michigan. When all of
the ingredients were right, the
decision was made to share this opportunity with others
who wish to own a high-end New York-style
pizzeria, serving award-winning pizza-by-the-slice and a
variety of authentic Italian cuisine
to their local market. Our first franchise opportunity
was offered in 2006.
Quattro
Fratelli, Inc. (QFI) provides franchise opportunities
that allow franchisees the ability to operate a UNCLE
D'S NEW YORK
PIZZA restaurant. (.Restaurant. or .Restaurants.) UNCLE
D;S Restaurants primarily sell pizza (whole and
by-the-slice), Italian food, and other authorized
products which include
sit-down restaurant services, delivery services, and
carry-out services. The original restaurants,
located in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area, have
approximately 3,000 to 3,500 square feet
of floor space and are located near the campus of a
large university.
The Restaurants
operate under a unique system to provide the highest
standards of quality and standardization
of product from the original stores. The key elements of
our system include special
recipes and menu items (including UNCLE D'S proprietary
sauce); distinctive design and atmosphere;
standards and operating procedures; quality control
procedures; training and advertising
programs (the "System"). They are also
identified with certain trade names, service marks,
trademarks, logos and emblems, including the mark UNCLE
D'S NEW YORK PIZZA and other names and marks which we
designate (the "Marks").
Our Restaurants
successfully compete with national or regional
"chains" and local businesses which
serve similar products and offer carry-out, sit-down
dining, and/or delivery services. Our customers
purchase from our Restaurants due our exceptional
quality, our unique products and service
offerings (pizza by-the-slice and whole pizzas), and our
accommodating hours of operation.
